Tour companies schedule their departures in RotaPin. Participants join with a code or a QR, follow the guide's flag on the map, get announcements in their own language and keep the plan after the tour.

The flag

The guide's phone is the flag. While the tour is live, everyone sees the group and the walking line back to it.

Announcements you understand

“We leave in 5 minutes” arrives in the participant's language. Free text is translated on the way.

Meeting points

A point and a time. Everyone gets a countdown, directions and a reminder five minutes before.

Private by default

Nobody sees a trip unless you turn on discovery for it. Hotel details, bookings and notes are never shared.

Positions only when you say so

The guide's flag is shared only while the tour is live. Your position leaves the phone only after “I am lost”, and only to the guide.

No money through the app

Invitations say who pays; RotaPin never handles payments.
